“The Heart of St. Paul … Growing Together in Faith, Knowledge, and Virtue”
________________________________________

Dear St. Paul Parents and Friends:

This is another busy week at St. Paul with the School Board Meeting on Monday evening, PTO on Wednesday evening, and then Donuts with Santa on Sunday morning. You can sure tell we are close to the holidays. If you notice the staff in strange outfits this week and next, we are celebrating the twelve days of Christmas with each other. It’s fun for us and a morale booster in these crazy days leading up to the holidays. The students are having fun guessing the theme for the day.

I would like to thank our families for the prompt return on the INTENT TO RETURN forms. As of this morning we have about 126 families that have returned their forms. We will be sending another form to those families who have yet to respond. If you are undecided, please respond undecided and send in the form or if you have forgotten, take two seconds and fill out the form. Remember this form is not your registration for next school year, (that comes the end of January) but a count of how many students we may have joining our St. Paul family next year.

We would like to have 100% participation in these forms so that our numbers are as accurate as possible and we can make well informed decisions on next year’s budget and staffing. By not sending in the forms, we must make a guess as to what our student population will be and then we need to guess again as to how many positions we must staff. I think you would agree with me that our students are far too important to us to leave these decisions up to a guess. I always take a few days out of the holiday break to work on this in a nice quiet spot at home (with my coffee in one hand). So, please return these forms as soon as possible.

Next week will be a busy week again and I just wanted you to mark your calendars so that you don’t miss out on any of the fun.
