“The Heart of St. Paul … Growing Together in Faith, Knowledge, and Virtue”

Dear St. Paul Families:

Thank you for great evening of Parent/Teachers Conference on Thursday. It was very well attended. It’s great to see our parents and teachers forming a partnership in the education of our students.

I have some exciting news to share with you. Beginning next year we will be having some additional pieces to our school uniforms.
• In preschool, we have added a one piece, a navy blue dress for the girls; along with our normal jumpers.
• For all of our students we have added a navy blue shirt, along with our white or gray shirts.
• The boys in Middle School only will be wearing khaki pants / shorts instead of our navy pants. This not will become a distinct change until the 2017-18 school year.
• Grades K-5 boys will continue to wear the navy blue pants.
• We will also be offering a Dry-fit version of our white, blue, and gray shirts for both boys and girls. I know the students love the dry-fit shirts and it will be a welcomed addition to our uniform.

I received Board approval and wanted to get this information out in case you are purchasing shirts or pants to finish out this school year. I know how quickly boys grow out of their pants.

This is a short week for us leading up to Thanksgiving. Please remember that Wednesday is a half day with a noon dismissal. The staff and I wish all of you a safe and restful Thanksgiving Break with your friends and families. We will see you back at school on Monday, November 28th. Until then,

With blessings from my heart,

~~ To our many parents that came to Parent / Teacher Conferences on Thursday evening. It was great to see the many people participate.
~~Mrs. Kaufmann – Mrs. Kaufmann provides a wonderful dinner for us each conference evening. The food was delicious and hit the spot. Thanks for remembering our favorite dessert!!!! It wouldn’t be conference night without it.

~~Jamie Clark and Chris Gresham – for the hard work on the American Flag displayed in our Parish Center hallway. Taking all of the those pictures and putting the flag together was a work of “love for St. Paul School”. Thank you for providing us with those little finishing touches that makes our school a place that is so special.
